What is the Payment Method?
There are many payment method icons on the bottom of our website, you can refer to determine your payment method. Most customers use Paypal.
My item is damaged, What should I do?
We are sorry to hear that your order is damaged! We are happy to assist you with any issues, but first, our customer service team is obliged to receive a picture from you in order to proceed with a reorder for a replacement.
How do I change an order after I place it?
If you want to change your order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Please contact us and send us a message requesting the changed specifications.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship all over the world. Products of different sizes may take different time to deliver. Please allow sufficient time for your product to arrive in your country. Ideally, your order will be delivered within an average of 2 to 3 weeks after ordering. Delivery continues during Covid-19, but please allow additional time as shipping capacity is reduced. Shipping fee varies according to the production point of our products. Shipping is usually free for items over £100.
How long until my order is sent out?
Our handling time takes 7 to 14 business days. This means that your order will usually ship out within this period. On exceptionally busy periods like Black Friday or Christmas, our handling times may increase to deal with the backlog.
Where do you ship from?
We are in the process of opening warehouses in the USA and UK. We will also support this process in Canada and Germany. Currently, your orders are being sent from our warehouses in China.
